Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of an advertising campaign before production or distribution begins.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Campaign production has not started.
• Distribution has not commenced.
• No substantial work has been completed.

Once any of the following activities have started, payments may become non-refundable:

• Creative design work
• QR code generation and setup
• Campaign planning
• Printing
• Bottle production
• Distribution activities
• Analytics setup

If work has already begun, AKUAFI reserves the right to deduct expenses incurred and provide a partial refund where applicable.

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

• Late approvals
• Content submission delays
• Incomplete information provided by the client

AKUAFI shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Transportation disruptions
• Strikes
• Public emergencies

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method wherever possible.
